            nice to see the article. May i request you to give a detailed example for fixing compensation for a new organization, how the grades are decided and how the basic pay is fixed ?. i.e.. if 1000 is the basic pay for Officer, how rs.1000 is fixed ? why cant it be 1200 or 900, or 1050.?
Please somebody explain with detailed example.
Also can somebody teach me how compensation is equated with Bonus , and how salary hike is calculated on yearly basis ?.
